केंद्र सरकार ने वर्ष 2025 के लिए प्रतिष्ठित पद्म विभूषण पुरस्कारों की घोषणा की है। यह सम्मान विभिन्न क्षेत्रों में असाधारण योगदान देने वाले व्यक्तियों को प्रदान किया जाता है। इस वर्ष सात हस्तियों को इस प्रतिष्ठित पुरस्कार से सम्मानित किया गया है, जिनमें चिकित्सा, कला, सार्वजनिक सेवा, व्यापार और साहित्य से जुड़े नाम शामिल हैं।
The central government has announced the prestigious Padma Vibhushan Awards for the year 2025. This honor is awarded to individuals who have made outstanding contributions in various fields. This year, seven distinguished personalities from medicine, arts, public affairs, business, and literature have been honored.

Awardees and Their Fields
1. दुव्वुर नागेश्वर रेड्डी (चिकित्सा - तेलंगाना)
- डॉ. रेड्डी एक प्रसिद्ध गैस्ट्रोएंटेरोलॉजिस्ट हैं।
- वे एशियन इंस्टीट्यूट ऑफ गैस्ट्रोएंटरोलॉजी और एआईजी हॉस्पिटल्स, हैदराबाद के चेयरमैन हैं।
- विश्व एंडोस्कोपी संगठन के पूर्व अध्यक्ष भी रह चुके हैं।
- इससे पहले, उन्हें 2002 में पद्म श्री और 2016 में पद्म भूषण से सम्मानित किया गया था।
1. Dr. Duvvur Nageshwar Reddy (Medicine - Telangana)
- Dr. Reddy is a renowned gastroenterologist.
- He is the chairman of the Asian Institute of Gastroenterology and AIG Hospitals, Hyderabad.
- He has served as the former president of the World Endoscopy Organization.
- Previously honored with the Padma Shri in 2002 and the Padma Bhushan in 2016.
2. न्यायमूर्ति (सेवानिवृत्त) जगदीश सिंह खेहर (पब्लिक अफेयर्स - चंडीगढ़)
- वे भारत के पहले सिख मुख्य न्यायाधीश थे।
- जनवरी 2017 से अगस्त 2017 तक भारत के मुख्य न्यायाधीश (CJI) के रूप में कार्य किया।
- तीन तलाक पर ऐतिहासिक फैसले में उनकी महत्वपूर्ण भूमिका रही थी।
2. Justice (Retd.) Jagdish Singh Khehar (Public Affairs - Chandigarh)
- He was the first Sikh Chief Justice of India.
- Served as the Chief Justice of India (CJI) from January 2017 to August 2017.
- Played a key role in the landmark ruling on triple talaq.
3. कुमुदिनी रजनीकांत लाखिया (कला - गुजरात)
- प्रसिद्ध कथक नृत्यांगना और कोरियोग्राफर।
- 1967 में अहमदाबाद में कदम्ब स्कूल ऑफ डांस एंड म्यूज़िक की स्थापना की।
- उनकी मां लीला शास्त्रीय गायिका थीं।
3. Kumudini Rajnikant Lakhia (Art - Gujarat)
- Renowned Kathak dancer and choreographer.
- Founded the Kadamb School of Dance and Music in Ahmedabad in 1967.
- Her mother, Leela, was a classical singer.
4. लक्ष्मीनारायण सुब्रह्मण्यम (कला - कर्नाटक)
- प्रसिद्ध वायलिन वादक, संगीतकार और म्यूजिक कंडक्टर।
- 23 जुलाई 1947 को जन्म।
- भारतीय शास्त्रीय संगीत और फ्यूजन संगीत के लिए प्रसिद्ध।
- लक्ष्मीनारायण ग्लोबल म्यूजिक फेस्टिवल की स्थापना की।
4. Laxminarayana Subramaniam (Art - Karnataka)
- Renowned violinist, composer, and music conductor.
- Born on July 23, 1947.
- Known for his contributions to Indian classical and fusion music.
- Founder of the Laxminarayana Global Music Festival.
5. एम.टी. वासुदेवन नायर (मरणोपरांत) (साहित्य और शिक्षा - केरल)
- मलयालम भाषा के प्रतिष्ठित साहित्यकार, उपन्यासकार, पटकथा लेखक और फिल्म निर्देशक।
- ज्ञानपीठ पुरस्कार से सम्मानित।
- उपन्यास कालम के लिए 1970 में साहित्य अकादमी पुरस्कार प्राप्त किया।
- 15 जुलाई 1933 को जन्म, 25 दिसंबर 2024 को 91 वर्ष की उम्र में निधन।
5. M.T. Vasudevan Nair (Posthumous) (Literature & Education - Kerala)
- Eminent Malayalam writer, novelist, scriptwriter, and film director.
- Recipient of the Jnanpith Award.
- Awarded the Sahitya Akademi Award in 1970 for his novel Kaalam.
- Born on July 15, 1933; passed away on December 25, 2024, at the age of 91.
6. ओसामु सुजुकी (मरणोपरांत) (व्यापार और उद्योग - जापान)
- सुजुकी मोटर कॉर्पोरेशन के पूर्व अध्यक्ष।
- 94 वर्ष की आयु में 25 दिसंबर 2024 को निधन।
- 1958 में सुजुकी मोटर से जुड़े और 1978 में अध्यक्ष बने।
- 1980 के दशक में भारतीय ऑटोमोबाइल उद्योग में क्रांतिकारी बदलाव लाने में महत्वपूर्ण भूमिका निभाई।

6. Osamu Suzuki (Posthumous) (Business & Industry - Japan)
- Former Chairman of Suzuki Motor Corporation.
- Passed away at the age of 94 on December 25, 2024.
- Joined Suzuki Motors in 1958 and became its chairman in 1978.
- Played a crucial role in transforming the Indian automobile industry in the 1980s.
- Key figure in the establishment of Maruti Suzuki.
7. शारदा सिन्हा (मरणोपरांत) (कला - बिहार)
- प्रसिद्ध लोकगायिका, जिन्होंने भोजपुरी, मैथिली और हिंदी में लोकगीत गाए।
- 1970 के दशक में गायन करियर की शुरुआत।
- छठ पर्व के दौरान उनकी आवाज़ उत्तर भारत में विशेष रूप से लोकप्रिय रही।
- 5 नवंबर 2024 को 71 वर्ष की उम्र में निधन।
7. Sharda Sinha (Posthumous) (Art - Bihar)
- Renowned folk singer known for Bhojpuri, Maithili, and Hindi folk songs.
- Started her singing career in the 1970s.
- Her songs are widely popular during the Chhath festival in North India.
- Passed away at the age of 71 on November 5, 2024.
