Education Qualification

  • Pharmacy Stream:- 10+2/ Equivalent Passed or Appeared with Compulsory Subjects as Physics and Chemistry & Have Optional Subjects as any one of subject in which Mathematics/ Biology.
  • Medical Stream:- 10+2/ Equivalent Passed or Appeared with English, Physics, Chemistry and Biology Subjects.
  • Agriculture Stream:- I.Sc / I.Sc in Agriculture as per college Seat. (For More Details, Read the Prospectus.)

How to Apply Online Form

  1. Step One (Registration):
    Register using your Email ID and registered mobile number.

  2. Step Two (Personal Information):
    Sign in with your User ID and Password, and fill in your personal details.

  3. Step Three (Upload Photo & Signature):
    Upload a high-contrast color photo with your name and date mentioned on it, and a scanned signature in Hindi or English.

  4. Step Four (Educational Information):
    Enter your educational certificate details accurately.

  5. Step Five (Preview Your Application):
    Review your application details before final submission by previewing the form.

  6. Step Six (Payment of Examination Fee):
    After previewing and saving the form, proceed to the payment option.

  7. Step Seven (Download/Print Part A, B):
    Download and print Part A and Part B of your application.
