Educational Qualifications:

• Graduation in any discipline or an equivalent qualification recognized by the Central Government, including Integrated Dual Degree (IDD).
• Additional qualifications such as Medical, Engineering, Chartered Accountant, or Cost Accountant are also eligible.

Experience:

• For Officer/Supervisory Cadre: Minimum 1 year of experience in Scheduled Commercial Banks (SCBs), Scheduled Cooperative Banks (Urban & State), or Non-Banking Financial Companies (NBFCs) with an asset size of at least Rs. 500.00 crores operating in India.
• For Clerical Cadre: Minimum 3 years of experience in Scheduled Commercial Banks (SCBs) or Scheduled Cooperative Banks.

Note:

1. Only candidates with Officer/Supervisory Cadre experience in NBFCs are eligible; clerical experience in NBFCs will not be considered.
2. Candidates from Insurance Sector, Co-operative Societies, or Government Financial Institutions (either regular or part-time) are not eligible.
3. Applicants must have a clean track record:
   • Should not have been terminated from any Bank/Financial Institution due to disciplinary action.
   • Should not have received any major punishment during their service tenure.
