 Running Requirements for Males (1600 Meters):

  • Up to 30 years: 6 minutes
  • 30-40 years: 7 minutes
  • 40-45 years: 8 minutes

 Running Requirements for Females (1600 Meters):

  • Up to 30 years: 8 minutes
  • 30-40 years: 9 minutes
  • 40-45 years: 10 minutes
