Steps to Apply for HPCL Graduate Apprentice Trainee Recruitment 2024

1. Registration Process:

   • Visit the HPCL Apprentice Application Portal and click on Sign up for New Registration.
   • Upon successful registration, you will receive your login credentials (email ID and password) via the registered email provided during the sign-up process.

2. Login to Application Portal:

   • Use the credentials sent to your email to log in at the HPCL Apprentice Application Portal.

3. Application Process:

   • After logging in, select HPCL GAT (ENGINEERING) Engagement 2025 under the Active Advertisements section.
   • Choose your desired position from the dropdown menu under the "Position" category:
     • GAT Engineers (Marketing Locations).
     • GAT Engineers (Mumbai Refinery).
     • GAT Engineers (Visakh Refinery).
   • Note: Candidates can submit only one application and should carefully follow all instructions in the form.

4. Filling the Application Form:

   • Select your engineering branch from the dropdown list, as per the options provided in the advertisement.
   • Complete the personal details section. Fields marked with an asterisk (*) are mandatory.
   • Validate your details to ensure accuracy. Correct any errors as indicated.
   • Click Save & Next to proceed to the next section.

5. Contact Details:

   • Provide your correspondence and permanent address, along with a valid contact number.
   • Choose your preferred interview city from the dropdown menu.
   • Validate and save your details, then click Next to proceed.

6. Qualification Details:

   • Upload your recent passport-sized photograph and signature.
   • Recheck the details entered by using the preview option. If any corrections are needed, navigate back to the specific section and make the changes.

7. Final Submission:

   • Carefully read the declaration and check the required boxes.
   • Click on Final Submit to complete the application process.
   • After submission, you will receive a confirmation email with your HPCL Application Number on your registered email ID.

Monthly stipend

• Rs.25000/- for Engineering Graduates (Rs 20,500 will be paid by HPCL & Rs 4500 will be directly paid to apprentices by GOI as per DBT scheme)
