Syllabus for Knowledge Test (94.5 Marks):

 The test paper will cover the following topics:

• General Studies
• General Science
• Current Affairs
• General Reasoning
• Mental Aptitude
• Numerical Ability
• Agriculture
• Animal Husbandry
• Other relevant fields/trades

 Additionally:

• At least 10% of the questions will be related to basic computer knowledge.
• At least 20% of the questions will be related to basic knowledge about Haryana.
• The questions will be at the level expected of a 10+2 qualified candidate applying for the post of Constable.

 Pattern of Examination:

• All questions are compulsory.
• The question paper will be bilingual (English & Hindi).
• An offline (OMR-based) written examination will be conducted for the recruitment of Constables.
• There will be no negative marking for wrong answers.
• The paper will consist of 100 questions, each carrying a weightage of 0.945 marks.
• If a candidate does not attempt a question by marking any of the five options, 0.945 marks will be deducted for each un-attempted question.
• Candidates must select one option out of the five provided.
• An additional five minutes will be given for marking the fifth option if a candidate does not know the answer.
• The total time allotted for the exam is 105 minutes, which includes the extra five minutes.

Selection Process for HSCC Police Constable Recruitment 2024:

1. Physical Measurement Test (PMT) - Qualifying
2. Physical Efficiency Test (PET) - Qualifying
3. CET Written Exam - 94.5% Weightage
4. Document Verification - 5.5% Weightage (3% for NCC, 2.5% for Socio-Economic Criteria)
5. Medical Examination

Pay Scale & Mode of Selection:

• Pay Scale: Constable - ₹21,700 - ₹69,100 (Level-3, Cell-I)
• Mode of Selection: Candidates will be selected based on a written exam, Physical Efficiency Test (PET), Document Verification (DV), and a final merit list.
