Eligibility

• Bachelor Degree in Any Stream in Any Recognized University in India.

• Candidates are expected to have proficiency in computers/ IT related aspects.

Career Prospects

The position of Executive - Sales and Operations (ESO) at IDBI Bank will be offered strictly on a contractual basis. The initial contract duration will be for one year, with the possibility of annual renewal for an additional year. Renewal will depend on satisfactory performance, completion of required e-certifications, available vacancies, and other criteria determined by the Bank.

According to current Bank policies, after completing two years of contractual service, executives may qualify for promotion to Junior Assistant Manager (JAM), Grade ‘O’. This transition will involve a selection process conducted by the Bank and will be contingent on performance, available vacancies, and other applicable criteria, as per the Bank’s Promotion Policy in effect at the time. Upon joining as Junior Assistant Manager - JAM (Grade ‘O’), the CTC will range between Rs.6.14 lakh and Rs.6.50 lakh per annum (in Class A cities) at the time of appointment. This promotion will depend on Bank policy and vacancy availability at the relevant time. The Bank will establish the general guidelines for the selection process, which will be conducted at its sole discretion.

Note: During the contract period, appointees may be assigned to any branch, department, office, business unit, or affiliated institution of the Bank as needed.
