Eligibility Criteria
- Junior Assistant Manager: Graduate in Any Stream with (General / OBC / EWS : 60% Marks) (SC / ST / PH : 55% Marks), Knowledge of Local Language.
- Specialist Agri Asset Officer: 4 Years Degree (B.Sc / B Tech / B.E) in Agriculture, Horticulture, Agriculture engineering, Fishery Science / Engineering, Animal Husbandry, Veterinary Science, Forestry, Dairy Science / Technology, Food Science / Technology, Pisciculture, Agro Forestry, Sericulture with (General / OBC / EWS : 60% Marks) (SC / ST / PH : 55% Marks). re write it

Stages of Selection: The selection process includes:
- Online Test (OT)
- Document Verification (DV)
- Personal Interview (PI)
- Pre-Recruitment Medical Test (PRMT)

- Tests (except English) will be available in both English and Hindi.
- Total duration:
- Generalist: 120 minutes
- AAO: 165 minutes

Scoring and Cut-offs:
- Minimum qualifying marks for sections and overall will be decided by the Bank.
- Shortlisting for interviews will depend on scores and age, based on category, zone (Generalist), or PAN India (AAO).
- Negative marking applies, with 0.25 marks deducted for wrong answers. No penalty for unattempted questions.

Personal Interview (PI):
- Shortlisted candidates based on OT scores will be invited for a PI.
- Interviews carry 100 marks, with a minimum qualifying score of 50% (45% for SC/ST/OBC/PWD).
- Candidates can answer in either Hindi or English.
- Combined final score: 75% of OT Score + 25% of PI Score.

Final Selection:
- Candidates must pass both OT and PI and rank high in the merit list.
- Final selection is subject to medical fitness and meeting all eligibility criteria, including age and qualification.
- Offer letters will be issued to candidates meeting all requirements.

Pay Scale
- Pay Scale :- Between Rs.6.14 lakh to Rs.6.50 lakh per annum (Class A city) at the time of joining.
