Physical Fitness Test & Medical Standards
Test Requirement
1.6 Km Run Must be completed in 7 minutes
Squat Ups (Uthak Baithak) 20 repetitions
Push-Ups 10 repetitions
Height Minimum 157 cm
Chest Well-proportioned, with a minimum expansion of 5 cm
Weight Proportionate to height and age (±10% acceptable)
Hearing Normal
