Eligibility Criteria

• Educational Qualification: Candidates must have passed the Intermediate/10+2 examination from a recognized board or institute.

• Skill Test Requirements:

  • Hindi Typing: 30 words per minute (w.p.m.).
  • Hindi Stenography: 80 words per minute (w.p.m.).
  • Hindi Typing Test: Candidates must type 250 words in Hindi on a computer within 10 minutes at a speed of 25 w.p.m. There should not be more than 2% mistakes; otherwise, candidates will be disqualified by the commission.

Pay Scale & Mode of Selection

• Pay Scale:  Stenographer & Personal Assistant -Rs.25,500-81,100/-( Pay Level-4 ) |  Sub Divisional Clerk: Rs.19,900-63,200/-( Pay Level-2 )
• Selection Process:  Selection on the Basis of Exam & Merit List.
