 Eligibility

  • Constable (Armed/IRP): Candidates must have passed their 10th/High School Examination from any recognized board in India.
  • Constable (SDRF): Candidates must have passed their 10th/High School Examination from any recognized board in India.
  • Constable (Telecom): Candidates must have passed their 12th/Intermediate Examination from any recognized board in India.
  • Constable (Photographer): Candidates must have passed 10+2 with Science, completed a 6-month computer course, and have two years of experience in videography/photography.
  • Constable (Executive) Jammu: Candidates must have passed their 10th/High School Examination from any recognized board in India.
  • Constable (Executive) Kashmir: Candidates must have passed their 10th/High School Examination from any recognized board in India.

     

Physical Efficiency Test

 For Male Candidates:

  • Long Race: 1600 meters in 6 minutes 30 seconds
  • Pushups: 20 (one complete cycle of up and down counts as one)

 For Female Candidates:

  • Long Race: 1000 meters in 6 minutes 30 seconds
  • Shot Put (4 Kgs): 14.5 feet in three attempts

Physical Standard Test

  For Males:

  • Height: Minimum 5 feet 6 inches
  • Chest Girth: 32 inches (unexpanded)
  • Chest Girth: 33.5 inches (expanded)

  For Females:

  • Height: Minimum 52 inches

  Relaxation in Physical Standards:

  • For candidates from the Gorkha Community and Bot Tribe, the minimum height requirement is relaxed by 2 inches.
