LIC HFL Junior Assistant Recruitment 2024: Selection Process

 A. Online Examination:

The online examination for LIC HFL Junior Assistant Recruitment 2024 will be an objective-type, multiple-choice test of 2 hours duration, consisting of the following sections:

• The exam will be conducted in English only.
• There will be negative marking for wrong answers: 0.25 marks will be deducted for each incorrect answer. No penalty for unanswered questions.

 Scoring Method:

1. Correct answers will be adjusted for any incorrect responses.
2. Scores will be normalized if the exam is conducted in multiple sessions to account for varying difficulty levels.
3. Final scores will be reported up to two decimal places.

 LIC HFL reserves the right to change the exam structure, with any changes to be communicated via its website. The company also reserves the right to set minimum cut-off marks, both section-wise and overall, to determine the number of candidates called for the interview.

 B. Interview:

 Candidates will be shortlisted for the interview based on their rank in the online examination, subject to the number of vacancies available. Only those who achieve the minimum qualifying marks in the interview will remain in contention.

 Document verification will occur at the time of the interview. Candidates failing to meet eligibility criteria (such as age and educational qualifications) will be disqualified.

 C. Final Selection:

 The final selection of candidates will be based on a merit list, which combines the marks from both the online examination and the interview. Selection will be in order of merit, subject to achieving minimum qualifying marks in the interview. LIC HFL reserves the right to alter the selection process if necessary.

 D. Medical Examination:

 Selected candidates must undergo a medical examination by an LIC HFL-authorized medical examiner. Appointment as Junior Assistant is contingent upon being declared medically fit.
