Informations : The Madhya Pradesh Building Development Corporation (MPBDC) Limited has announced 22 openings for the position of Manager in Civil, Architecture, Design, and Electrical disciplines. Eligible candidates can submit their applications online through the official MP Online portal at mponline.gov.in. The application process will commence on 31st December 2024 and will remain open until 31st January 2025. Eligibility

  • Candidates must hold a B.E./B.Tech./B.Arch./B.E. (Electrical) degree with a minimum of 60% marks from an institution approved by AICTE.
  • A valid GATE Registration Number and scorecard are mandatory for eligibility.
  • Applicants should have qualified the Graduate Aptitude Test of Engineering (GATE) in any one of the following years: GATE-2022, GATE-2023, or GATE-2024.
    • The Civil Engineering Paper scores from one of these years will be considered for the selection of candidates for the roles of Manager (Civil/Architecture/Design/Electrical).

Pay Scale & Important Details

  • Candidates selected for the position of Manager (Civil/Architecture/Design/Electrical) in MPBDC will serve a probation period of two years.
  • During the probation period, they will receive a pay Scale of ₹56,100 – ₹1,77,500/- (Level-12).
  • Upon successfully completing the probation period, they will be absorbed as permanent Managers in the same pay scale of ₹56,100 – ₹1,77,500/- (Level-12).
