Eligibility

Deputy General Manager (Vigilance):
Qualifications: MBA (HR) or a 2-year PG degree/diploma in Industrial Relations, Personnel Management, Labour Welfare, MSW, MA (Public Administration), or LLB with at least 60% marks. Requires 10 years of post-qualification experience in an officer-level role.
Age Limit: 50 years

Assistant Manager (Vigilance):
Qualifications: MBA (HR) or a 2-year PG degree/diploma in Industrial Relations, Personnel Management, Labour Welfare, MSW, MA (Public Administration), or LLB with a minimum of 60% marks. Also requires 2 years of supervisory experience in a Vigilance Department role (equivalent to E-0).
Age Limit: 30 years

Management Trainee (HR):
Qualifications: Full-time PG degree/diploma in Personnel Management, Industrial Relations, Labour Welfare, or HR Management, or a full-time MBA in HRM with a minimum of 60% marks. MS Office skills are required.
Age Limit: 27 years

Management Trainee (Quality Control):
Qualifications: M.Sc. in Agriculture specializing in Agronomy, Seed Technology, or Plant Breeding & Genetics with at least 60% marks. MS Office skills are required.
Age Limit: 27 years

Management Trainee (Electrical Engineering):
Qualifications: BE/B.Tech. in Electrical Engineering or Electrical & Electronics Engineering from a recognized institution with a minimum of 60% marks. MS Office skills are required.
Age Limit: 27 years

Senior Trainee (Vigilance):
Qualifications: MBA (HR) or a 2-year PG degree/diploma in Industrial Relations, Personnel Management, Labour Welfare, MSW, MA (Public Administration), or LLB with at least 55% marks. MS Office skills are required.

Trainee (Agriculture):
Qualifications: B.Sc. in Agriculture with at least 60% marks from a recognized university. MS Office skills are required.

Qualifications: Graduate with at least 60% marks, MS Office skills, and typing speed of 30 WPM in English. Hindi typing at 25 WPM is desirable; if lacking, must pass a Hindi typing exam during the training period.

Trainee (Stenographer):
Qualifications: Sr. Secondary with a 3-year Diploma in Office Management (minimum 60%) including Stenography, or a Graduate with at least 60% marks, preferably with a Stenography certificate. Must have MS Office skills, knowledge of Hindi, and pass an English shorthand test (80 WPM) and typing test (30 WPM).

Trainee (Accounts):
Qualifications: B.Com with a minimum of 60% marks from a recognized university. MS Office and computer skills are required.

Trainee (Agriculture Stores):
Qualifications: B.Sc. in Agriculture with at least 60% marks from a recognized university. MS Office skills are required.
Age Limit: 27 years

Trainee (Engineering Stores):
Qualifications: 3-year diploma in Agriculture Engineering or Mechanical Engineering with a minimum of 55% marks, or an ITI certificate in Fitter, Diesel Mechanic, or Tractor Mechanic with at least 60% marks and 1 year of trade apprenticeship, passing the NAC exam by NCVT.
Age Limit: 27 years

Trainee (Technician):
Qualifications: ITI certificate in relevant trades (Fitter, Electrician, Auto Electrician, Welder, Diesel Mechanic, Tractor Mechanic, Machine Man, Blacksmith) with a minimum of 60% marks, plus 1-year apprenticeship and passing the NAC exam by NCVT.
Age Limit: 27 years
