Eligibility Details / पात्रता विवरण

English

1. Only poor families will be eligible for this scheme.
2. The applicant should not own a permanent house.
3. The family should belong to the economically weaker section or be below the poverty line (BPL).
4. The applicant's annual income should not exceed ₹6 lakh.
5. The applicant should be over 18 years of age.
6. The applicant should not have received financial assistance for house construction under any other scheme.

1. इस योजना का लाभ केवल गरीब परिवारों को मिलेगा।
2. आवेदक के पास खुद का पक्का मकान नहीं होना चाहिए।
3. परिवार आर्थिक रूप से कमजोर वर्ग या गरीबी रेखा से नीचे (BPL) होना चाहिए।
4. आवेदक की वार्षिक आय 6 लाख रुपये से अधिक नहीं होनी चाहिए।
5. आवेदक की उम्र 18 वर्ष से ज्यादा होना चाहिए।
6. आवेदक ने किसी अन्य योजना के अंतर्गत घर बनवाने का पैसा प्राप्त नहीं किया हो।

PM Gramin Awas Yojana (PMAY-G):
The Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana-Gramin benefits are available exclusively to families without a permanent house. The government has set a target to provide housing benefits to 2 crore people between 2024-25 and 2028-29. Under this scheme, each eligible family receives a grant of ₹1,20,000 to help construct a permanent house.

To simplify the application process, the central government has launched a new app called AwaasPlus 2024. This official app allows eligible candidates to apply for the PMAY-G scheme online from the comfort of their homes. The app also facilitates the process through Aadhaar number verification and face authentication to complete the application seamlessly.

प्रधानमंत्री ग्रामीण आवास योजना (PMAY-G):

• प्रधानमंत्री आवास योजना-ग्रामीण का लाभ केवल उन परिवारों को दिया जाता है जिनके पास पक्का मकान नहीं है।
• सरकार ने 2024-25 से 2028-29 तक 2 करोड़ लोगों को इस योजना का लाभ देने का लक्ष्य रखा है।
