Informations : The Rajasthan Board of Secondary Education (RBSE), Ajmer, has opened online applications for the Rajasthan Eligibility Examination for Teachers (REET) 2024 for Level 1 and Level 2. Eligible candidates, both male and female, can apply online through the official BSER website at rajeduboard.rajasthan.gov.in. The application window will be active from 16th December 2024 to 15th January 2025.

Eligibility Criteria for REET 2024

Level 1: Class 1 to 5

Candidates must meet any one of the following criteria:

  1. Senior Secondary (or equivalent) with at least 50% marks and either passed or appearing in a 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education. OR
  2. Senior Secondary (or equivalent) with at least 45% marks and passed a 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education as per NCTE (Recognition, Norms, and Procedure) Regulation, 2002. OR
  3. Senior Secondary (or equivalent) with at least 50% marks and either passed or appearing in a Bachelor of Elementary Education (B.El.Ed.) program. OR
  4. Senior Secondary (or equivalent) with at least 50% marks and either passed or appearing in a 2-year Diploma in Education (Special Education). OR
  5. Graduation and either passed or appearing in a 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education.

Level 2: Class 6 to 8

Candidates must meet any one of the following criteria:

  1. Graduation and either passed or appearing in a 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education. OR
  2. Graduation or Post-Graduation with at least 50% marks and either passed or appearing in a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) program. OR
  3. Graduation with at least 45% marks and passed a 1-year B.Ed. program in accordance with NCTE (Recognition, Norms, and Procedure) Regulations. OR
  4. Senior Secondary (or equivalent) with at least 50% marks and either passed or appearing in a Bachelor of Elementary Education (B.El.Ed.) program. OR
  5. Senior Secondary (or equivalent) with at least 50% marks and either passed or appearing in a 4-year integrated B.A./B.Sc.Ed. or B.A.Ed./B.Sc.Ed. program. OR
  6. Graduation or Post-Graduation with at least 50% marks and either passed or appearing in a B.Ed. (Special Education) program.
