Eligibility
For Post S. No. 1:
- Educational Qualification:
- M.Sc. (minimum 2nd Division) in Zoology, Molecular Biology, Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Microbiology, or Genetics.
- Alternatively, M.Sc. (minimum 2nd Division) in Forensic Science with a specialization in Forensic Biology, Serology, or DNA (covered in III/IV Semester or a specialization course of at least six months).
- Candidates must also have one of the following subjects at the Bachelor of Science level: Zoology, Molecular Biology, Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Microbiology, or Genetics.
- Computer Proficiency:
- Certificate/Diploma in Computer Science or Computer Applications, or a degree with Computer Science/Applications as a subject, or 'O' level or higher certification by NIELIT (formerly DOEACC).
- Experience:
- Two years of experience in Forensic DNA work in a State/Central Government FSL or a similar public organization.
For Post S. No. 2:
- Educational Qualification:
- M.Tech., M.C.A., M.E., or M.Sc. (minimum 2nd Division) in Computer Science or Computer Applications.
- Alternatively, M.Sc. (minimum 2nd Division) in Forensic Science with a specialization in Forensic Cyber/Digital Forensics (covered in III/IV Semester or a specialization course of at least six months).
- Candidates must have studied Computer Science, IT, or Cyber/Digital Forensics as a major subject at the Bachelor’s level.
- Experience:
- Two years of experience in Cyber Forensics in a State/Central Government FSL or a similar public organization.
For Post S. No. 3 & 7:
- Educational Qualification:
- M.Sc. (minimum 2nd Division) in Zoology, Molecular Biology, Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Microbiology, or Genetics.
- Alternatively, M.Sc. (minimum 2nd Division) in Forensic Science with a specialization in Forensic Biology or Serology (covered in III/IV Semester or a specialization course of at least six months).
- Candidates must have studied Forensic Biological Science, Zoology, or Botany at the Bachelor’s level.
- Computer Proficiency:
- Certificate/Diploma in Computer Science or Computer Applications, or a degree with Computer Science/Applications as a subject, or 'O' level or higher certification by NIELIT.
- Experience:
- Two years of experience in a State/Central Government FSL or a similar public organization.
For Post S. No. 4:
- Educational Qualification:
- M.Sc. (minimum 2nd Division) in Physics or Chemistry.
- Alternatively, M.Sc. (minimum 2nd Division) in Forensic Science with a specialization in Forensic Documents (covered in III/IV Semester or a specialization course of at least six months).
- Candidates must have studied Forensic Chemistry, Chemistry, Physics, or Physical Science at the Bachelor’s level.
- Computer Proficiency:
- Certificate/Diploma in Computer Science or Computer Applications, or a degree with Computer Science/Applications as a subject, or 'O' level or higher certification by NIELIT.
- Experience:
- Two years of experience in a State/Central Government FSL or a similar public organization.
For Post S. No. 5 & 8:
- Educational Qualification:
- M.Sc. (minimum 2nd Division) in Chemistry, or M.Tech./M.E. (minimum 2nd Division) in Chemical Engineering.
- Alternatively, M.Sc. (minimum 2nd Division) in Forensic Science with a specialization in Forensic Chemistry, Toxicology, or Narcotics (covered in III/IV Semester or a specialization course of at least six months).
- Candidates must have studied Chemistry or Forensic Chemistry at the Bachelor’s level.
- Computer Proficiency:
- Certificate/Diploma in Computer Science or Computer Applications, or a degree with Computer Science/Applications as a subject, or 'O' level or higher certification by NIELIT.
- Experience:
- Two years of experience in a State/Central Government FSL or a similar public organization.
For Post S. No. 6:
- Educational Qualification:
- M.Sc. (minimum 2nd Division) in Physics.
- Alternatively, M.Tech./M.E. (minimum 2nd Division) in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronics Engineering.
- Alternatively, M.Sc. (minimum 2nd Division) in Forensic Science with a specialization in Forensic Physics or Physical Science (covered in III/IV Semester or a specialization course of at least six months).
- Candidates must have studied Physics or Physical Science at the Bachelor’s level.
- Computer Proficiency:
- Certificate/Diploma in Computer Science or Computer Applications, or a degree with Computer Science/Applications as a subject, or 'O' level or higher certification by NIELIT.
- Experience:
- Two years of experience in a State/Central Government FSL or a similar public organization.
