Application Fee

Eligibility

• The applicant must be a permanent resident of Rajasthan.
• There is no specific educational qualification required for the Safai Karamchari (Sweeper) position.
• Eligibility for direct recruitment as Safai Karamchari:
• Candidates applying for the position must have a minimum of one year of work experience in sanitation-related tasks, such as street cleaning or public sewage cleaning. The experience certificate must be in the prescribed format and issued by the following authorities:

  • If directly employed by the state's urban body, the certificate should be issued by the Chief Municipal Officer or any other authorized officer.

  • If employed through a contractor or authorized agency, the experience certificate should be issued by the contractor or the authorized agency. It must also be countersigned by the relevant senior manager of solid waste or chief manager of solid waste in the concerned urban body after verifying the documents. At the municipal or council level, the certificate must be countersigned by the Chief Municipal Officer. At the municipal corporation level, it must be countersigned by the Deputy Commissioner (Personnel) or an officer authorized by the Commissioner, who is not lower in rank than the Deputy Commissioner.
