Post 1: Assistant Manager (Engineer - Civil)

Basic Qualification (as on 01.10.2024):

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized university/institution with a minimum of 60% marks.

Work Experience (Composite) (as on 01.10.2024):*

  • At least 2 years of experience in the construction/maintenance of multistory commercial, institutional, or residential buildings involving:
    • RCC-framed construction or projects with pile foundation.
    • Controlled concrete work, mix design, and material testing.
    • Planning and control (preferably computer-based).
    • Experience in design, testing, cost estimation, and contractor bill verification.

Specific Skills (as on 01.10.2024):

Post 2: Assistant Manager (Engineer - Electrical)

Basic Qualification (as on 01.10.2024):

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from a recognized university/institution with a minimum of 60% marks.

Work Experience (Composite) (as on 01.10.2024):*

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in:
    • Installation, handling, and maintenance of electrical equipment such as UPS, generators, motors, air-conditioning equipment, lifts, and control panels.
    • Working with HT-LT switch gears, cabling, water pumps, and energy-saving devices.
    • Preparation and evaluation of tender specifications.

Post 3: Assistant Manager (Engineer - Fire)

Basic Qualification (as on 01.10.2024):

  • Essential (any one of the following):
    • B.E. (Fire) from NFSC, Nagpur.
    • B.E./B. Tech in Safety & Fire Engineering or Fire Technology & Safety Engineering.
    • Equivalent 4-year degree in Fire Safety from a UGC-recognized university or AICTE-approved institution.
    • Graduate of Institution of Fire Engineers (India/UK).
    • Divisional Officers course from NFSC, Nagpur.

Work Experience (Composite) (as on 01.10.2024):*

  • For B.E./B.Tech (Fire-related qualifications):
    • Minimum 2 years of experience in fire safety in a reputed organization.
  • For Graduate of Institution of Fire Engineers or Divisional Officers course:
    • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Station Officer (or equivalent) in a city/state fire brigade, as an in-charge fire officer in corporates/industrial complexes, or in State Government institutions/PSUs.

Specific Skills (as on 01.10.2024):

  • Knowledge of fire prevention and protection systems (e.g., hydrant systems, fire detection systems, sprinkler systems).
  • Understanding evacuation procedures and fire audits.

Important Points:

  1. Educational qualifications are minimum; candidates must meet the basic criteria and relevant full-time experience as of the specified date.
  2. Experience certificates must clearly state the candidate's role and field of expertise as required for the post.
  3. Degrees/diplomas without specified specializations require additional certification from the issuing university/college.

Selection Process & Exam Pattern

Selection Process for the Posts at Sr. No. 1 & 2 (Online Written Test and Interaction)

  1. Online Written Test

    • The test is tentatively scheduled for January 2025.
    • Call letters will be uploaded on the Bank’s website, and candidates will be notified via SMS and email to download them.
    • Examination Centers: Candidates must choose their preferred center. However, the Bank reserves the right to add, remove, or allot centers as needed. Centers include cities like Amravati, Delhi/NCR, Mumbai/MMR, Kolkata, Bengaluru, and others across India.
  2. Pattern of Online Written Examination

  • Note: No negative marking for incorrect answers. Questions will be bilingual (Hindi & English), except the English Language section.
  • Only the Professional Knowledge section will be considered for merit. Candidates must meet the Bank’s minimum qualifying marks in the other sections.
  1. Interaction

    • Candidates will be shortlisted for Interaction based on their performance in the Professional Knowledge test.
    • The Interaction will carry 25 marks, and qualifying marks will be determined by the Bank.
  2. Final Merit List

    • Merit will be calculated with a weightage of 70% for the Professional Knowledge test and 30% for Interaction marks.

Selection Process for the Post at Sr. No. 3 (Shortlisting and Interaction)

  1. Shortlisting

    • Meeting the minimum qualifications and experience does not guarantee an invitation to the Interaction.
    • A shortlisting committee will determine the criteria, and the Bank's decision will be final.
  2. Interaction

    • Interaction will carry 100 marks, and qualifying marks will be set by the Bank.
    • No correspondence regarding shortlisting or qualifying criteria will be entertained.
  3. Merit List

    • The final merit list will be based solely on Interaction scores.
    • In case of a tie at the cut-off marks, candidates will be ranked in descending order of age.

Wait List

  • A wait list will be maintained for all posts (post-wise and category-wise) to fill vacancies due to non-joining, resignation, or termination.
  • Candidates must secure minimum qualifying marks to be considered for selection.
  • The wait list will remain valid for one year from the date of result declaration or until the announcement of a fresh vacancy for the same post, whichever is earlier.

Pay Scale

  • Pay Scale :- Basic: 48480-2000/7-62480-2340/2-67160-2680/7-85920 ( The official will be eligible for DA, HRA, CCA, PF, Contributory Pension Fund i.e., NPS, LFC, Medical Facility, leave etc. as per rules in force from time to time and Salary and perks as per Bank’s salary structure )
