  • Class 10th Matric Exam Passed from Any Recognized Board in India.

Exam Pattern

  1. Written Test (Objective Type, Bilingual - English and Hindi):

    • General Knowledge: 30 marks
    • Cooking/Culinary Arts: 70 marks
    • Minimum Qualifying Marks: 60% in each 
  2. Practical Trade Skill Test in Cooking: 70 marks   (Minimum Qualifying Marks: 60%)

  3. Interview: 30 marks    (Minimum Qualifying Marks: 60%)

Total Marks: 200

Minimum Qualifying Marks: 60%

  • The duration of written test is 1 ½ hours (90 minutes).
